In order for Catalyx to provide you with our automation and life cycle services in line with our service contract, we need to know the limited personal details of those mentioned within that contract. Catalyx will only collect and use data that pertains to the terms of that Contract.
We will also use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via email.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

- Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject or to take steps to enter into a contract.

Sharing your personal data
All the personal data we process is processed by our global staff in North America and Europe, and is located on servers within the European Union and North America. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
How long we keep it
Catalyx will keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary for the duration of the contract and a period of 6 years thereafter to cover all warranties and Service Level Agreements in order to ensure we deliver a quality service to you and can facilitate repeat orders. Extensions to this time limit may be sought on an annual basis and you can unsubscribe after the retention period via return email.

Unless subject to an exemption under the Regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
