Catalyx has attained the Investors in Diversity Silver Award for 2023, which is another milestone in the company’s drive to promote diversity and inclusion.

The Investors in Diversity award is Ireland’s first all-encompassing diversity & inclusion (D&I) accreditation mark for businesses. Developed by Irish Centre for Diversity and supported by Ibec and DCU Centre of Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion, it offers a clear and structured framework to transform diversity practices and culture.

Silver accreditation affirms that Catalyx has been benchmarked against other bodies and has embedded inclusive practices across the organization as well as developing and fostering a sense of fairness and belonging among colleagues.
